Designed as a gathering place for slow mornings and long summer evenings, this Lake Martin home is a study in understated ease. Knox Powell Designs approached the project with a focus on softness and simplicity. Layering warm whites, natural textures, and subtle tonal variation to create a space that feels both refined and deeply livable.

The interiors are intentionally quiet, allowing the surrounding landscape to take center stage. Light moves freely throughout, catching on linen drapery, pale woods, and thoughtfully curated finishes. Each room was designed with family in mind, durable yet elevated, polished yet relaxed…offering a sense of calm that invites you to settle in and stay awhile.
